The present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the civil suit.

A bare perusal of the order sheets (Annexure-P-4) would reveal that on most of the dates, both the parties to the suit have prayed for time. Thus, the petitioner himself is not showing urgency in the matter before the trial Court, therefore, he is not entitled for any direction prayed for in this petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
