Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 23/12/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petition No. 3592/2015 filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by this Court as not maintainable.

(2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner would further submit that he may be granted some time to file reply to the impugned show cause notice dated 10.11.2015.

(3) In the facts & circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant two weeks time from today to file reply to the show cause notice dated 10.11.2015 (Annexure P-1).
