1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing correctness and validity of order dated 21.03.2017 passed in departmental appeal whereby appeal of respondent No.1 has been partly allowed and the penalty of removal is altered to minor penalty.

2. Though number of grounds have been urged by the petitioner, it is found that the petitioner has filed this petition claiming to be aggrieved by the order only because she happens to be the second wife. The petitioner has no locus to challenge the legality and validity of the impugned order as it does not effect any of the legally protected rights and interest of the petitioner.
