2. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 11-6-2021, Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur and Station House Officer-incharge, Police Station SC/ST Sarkanda, Bilaspur submitted their report on 19-6-2021.

3. In view of the above, it is directed that learned Special Judge (Atrocities) Bilspur shall decide the complaint of the petitioner considering the material placed on record, evidence adduced by

the complainant and as per provisions of law, as early as possible.
