Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's land has been taken by respondent No. 2 for raising construction over his land but neither compensation has been paid to the petitioner nor it has been determined till date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent No. 2 for grant of compensation.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 is directed to consider petitioner's representation and proceed further to determine the compensation to be paid, if petitioner's land has been taken, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
