This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.27/2020 registered at Police Station Basantpur, District BalrampurRamanujganj for the offence punishable under Sections 376-D,

MCRC No. 3972 of 2020 342/34 of the IPC and Sections 4, 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
