Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, this petition may be disposed off with a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner's representation for grant of Time Scale Play as per the government's policy dated 28-04-2008.

Considering that it is not a case where representation of the petitioner has
been rejected by the respondents till date, at this stage, it would be proper to dispose off this petition with a direction to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of higher pay scale as per the government's policy dated 28-04-2008. For this purpose, a fresh representation may be submitted by the petitioner before the respondents, which shall be considered and decided by the respondent authority within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation along with copy of this order. 4.
