Heard Perused the PUD dated 03.08.2013, which shows that the appellant No.1 Santosh @ Chandu Sahu, S/o. Motilal Sahu, has paid the fine amount of Rs.200/- and thereafter the jail sentence was remitted by the order of the State Government on 18.12.2012. Subsequently, he was lodged in another case, however, the jail sentence was suffered and he was released on bail.

In respect of Mukku @ Mukesh, S/o. Motilal Sahu, it shows that the appellant No.2 has already suffered the jail sentence and the fine of Rs.200/- was deposited and as per the order of the State Government, the remaining jail sentence was remitted on 18.12.2012, however, he was convicted in another Criminal Case No.764/2008 wherein he is suffering the jail sentence.

The PUD dated 03.08.2013 shows that the appellants in this case have suffered the jail sentence.

In view of this, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he do not want to press this appeal as it has become infructuous and do not call for adjudication on merit.

Considering the same, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
