Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against order dated 14/05/2015 staying two increments with cumulative effect, the petitioner has filed application for reconsideration, which is pending consideration before the respondent No.2, therefore, direction be issued to decide his application for reconsideration which is pending since 19/10/2015. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 19/10/2015 expeditiously in

accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
