The petitioner's grievance arises out of non-consideration of his claim for confirmation despite completion of probation period. 3.

Referring to the averments made in the reply, learned State counsel submits that the matter is under consideration, but final decision has not been taken. 4.

In that view of the matter, at present, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending. The respondents shall take decision with regard to confirmation aspect as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months. 5.
