Heard Perused the PUD dated 03.08.2013, which shows that the appellant Bhushan Verma, S/o. Tekram Verma has already suffered the jail sentence of seven years and has paid the fine of Rs.200/- and he has been released from jail on 01.12.2012. In view of this, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he do not want to press this appeal as it has become infructuous.
