1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to decide his representation regarding claim of salary in accordance with law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent No.3 is directed to decide petitioner's representation.
3. Though there exists an alternative remedy of raising a dispute under Section 55
(2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, considering that petitioner is a retired employee and he has preferred representation, let respondent No.3/Chief Executive Officer decide petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks.
4. In case the petitioner is not satisfied, his remedy would be to file a dispute under Section 55 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960
5. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
