1. By the impugned order, the Collector, Balodabazar-Bhatapara has cancelled the petitioners' work order for supply of ready to eat food material.

2. It is argued that the impugned order has been passed by the Collector, therefore, the petitioners have no other remedy.

3. It appears, the impugned order was passed on 23.12.2015 i.e. more than a year back and the learned counsel for the petitioners is not aware as to whether any fresh agreement has been executed with some other Self Help Group.

4. For the foregoing, instead of keeping these writ petitions pending, ends

of justice would be served if the petitioners are permitted to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Woman and Child Development, Government of Chhattisgarh within a period of 3 weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the Principal Secretary shall decide the same in accordance with law, within a further period of 8 weeks. If the petitioners so desire, they shall be provided personal hearing by the Principal Secretary.

5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
