Shri Varun Sharma, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the case of the Applicant for payment of interest on the Employees Deposited Fund has already been processed and within two months the same would be paid to the Applicant.

In view of the submission made by Learned Counsel for the Respondent, the present contempt petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the Applicant to file a fresh contempt petition, if need arises.
