1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner initially had filed a writ petition bearing WPS No.6222 of 2019, thereafter, the petitioner was paid the increment of the time scale pay in the month of January, 2020, however, as of now the petitioner has claimed the arrears unpaid on increment and has made the representation before the Block Education Officer, Takhatpur (Annexure P-1). He would further submit that once the payment of the time

scale pay has been made then automatically the petitioner is also entitled for the arrears and he prays that the representation Annexure P1 which has been filed before the BEO respondent No.4, the same may be directed to be decided.

Without any observation on the merits of the case, since the petitioner only prays that the representation as has been filed may be decided, which appears to be filed as Annexure P-1, however, the same is dated 31.01.2020, the petitioner is given liberty to file afresh representation before the respondent No.4 within a period of 4 weeks and the representation if so filed, the same shall be decided within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the representation.
