1. At this stage, the petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner is not being allowed to join at Rajnandgaon where she has been transferred vide order dated 16 th December, 2016.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that once there is an order of the State Govt., the authority is duty bound to comply with the order.

3. I find that though pleadings in the petition are that the petitioner is not being

-2allowed to join duty by the Principal of college at Rajnandgaon, he is not a party before this Court.

4. Be that as it may, it would be open for the petitioner to submit specific representation and in view of the statement made by the State counsel that order of the Govt. are required to be complied with, it would be the duty of the concerned officer to act in accordance with the transfer order passed by the State Govt. on 16.12.2016.

5. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
