The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the application for necessary correction in the revenue records which is pending before the respondent No.2 since long. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that in between the respondent No.3 has infact raised certain objections which stood rejected and against which he has preferred an appeal before the SDO which has already been rejected and the appeal filed thereafter before the Commissioner also has been rejected. Therefore, he makes a limited prayer that the respondent No.2 may be directed to take an appropriate decision at the earliest on the application for correction of the revenue records. 3.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner seeking for correction of the revenue records pending before him after hearing all the concerned parties at the

-2earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
