1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 04.04.2021 in connection with Crime No. 776/2019 for the offence under Section 363, 366 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Arang, Raipur (C.G.).
2) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.
3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
4) Permission granted.
5) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
