Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the respondent No.3 under mistaken belief that the case related to regularization could not be taken up until decision is taken on back-wages.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 along with respondent No.3 would submit that within a period of two months, claim of the petitioner with regard to regularization shall be considered and decided by a duly constituted committee. 4.

Considering the submission made above, it is observed that the Officer shall remain careful in future in compliance of the Court Order. 5.
