This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.194/2015, registered at Police Station-Excise Circle, Takhatpur, District-Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 34(2) & 59A of the C.G. Excise Act. 2.
After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any change in circumstance or new ground to entertain this second bail application.
