Shri Dhiraj Kumar Wankhede, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 produced an order dated 06.08.2018 passed by the Deputy Director, Hydro Metrology, Division No.4, Raipur Chhattisgarh saying that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the Applicant has been taken back in service.

In view of the aforementioned document produced by Respondent No.1, we are of the opinion that the order stands complied with and accordingly the contempt petition stands disposed of. The Respondents stand discharge of the contempt proceedings.
