The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No. 3 has denied to accept the lease deed for registration with regard to diverted land of the petitioner, aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent State would submit that if the lease deed is presented in accordance with law, it will be accepted by the respondent authorities.
