Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been selected on the post of Patwari and also given training for the said job but he has not been appointed in spite of availability of vacancy, for which, he made representation, which has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, he be permitted to make fresh representation before the respondent No.3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the respondent No.3 within a period of 10 days, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not made any order of appointment to the petitioner.
