Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by impugned order dated 26/10/2015, petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Middle School, Karela, Rajnandgaon to Govt. Middle School, Thakurtola, Chhuikhadan, as such, he be permitted to make representation before the respondent No.2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the representation. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed

off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
