Versus

Shri A. N. Banjara (Lok Sevak) District Education Officer, Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh, District : Raipur, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents Petitioner in Person :

Shri Vijay Mashrani Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/05/2018 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 25/09/2017 passed in WPS No.1333/2016. 2.

Petitioner would submit that pursuant to order passed by this Court, salary of the petitioner was deposited in his Account No.30273179639. This amount was later on transferred by the petitioner to institutional fund of Vidya Mandir, Parsada (Abhanpur).

3.

Now, the petitioner's writ petition has been allowed vide 17/04/2018 and his transfer earlier is declared illegal. According to the petitioner, this inaction amounts to willful disobedience. 4.

This Court vide order dated 25/09/2017 had directed deposit of petitioner's salary with liberty to the petitioner to receive the salary. That having been done, it cannot be said that there is now any violation of the directives issued by this Court

earlier on 25/09/2017 in WPS No.1333/2016.

5.

If the petitioner's grievance is that the salary of the petitioner is not being transferred to his account in his parent school i.e. Gujarati Primary School, Devendra Nagar, Raipur, petitioner's remedy lies in approaching the District Education Officer, Raipur for appropriate direction and if relief is not granted, to file writ petition. 6.
