The petitioner has assailed legality and validity of the suspension order dated 14-06-2017. At the time, when suspension order was passed, there were certain recoveries against the petitioner which were not paid, on the basis of which, the petitioner was placed under suspension. Therefore, there is no illegality in the order of suspension.

The petitioner has challenged the order of recovery dated 12-07-2016 in a separate petition which was allowed by this Court and the order of recovery has been set aside. Therefore, in this situation, the petitioner may apply for revocation of suspension bringing it to the notice of the respondent authority that the order of recovery has been set aside.
