(1) By the impugned order, the Family Court has granted interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act as well as traveling expenses in favour of the respondent/wife. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the application, I deem it appropriate to direct the Family Court to dispose of the main application under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce expeditiously.

(3) Accordingly, it is directed that the Family Court shall decide the main application under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act

for divorce expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
