This petition has been filed by the petitioner of WPS No.852 of 2017 claiming similar relief of compassionate appointment with new grounds and documents. For the same relief, two petitions cannot be filed and if the petitioner is having additional ground or documentary evidence in support of her claim for

compassionate appointment, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an application for amendment in the aforesaid writ petition. 3.
