Though, there was a direction for appearance of the respondent today, learned counsel for respondent submits that he is suffering from fever, therefore, he could not appear.

Having considered that the order passed by this Court on 28-09-2016 has been complied with by passing order dated 26-12-2016 within the time prescribed by the Court. Therefore, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. 4.
