1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned State Counsel that the present petitioner had earlier approached this Court by

preferring WPC No.2915 of 2011, which has already been disposed of, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable.

2. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even in two rounds, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this petition for want of prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
