Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/07/2017 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was absorbed in the services of the Corporation vide order dated 14/05/2015 but his seniority from the initial date of appointment has not been granted. He submits that the similarly situated employee of another Municipal Corporation, Shri K.K.Pandey, Assistant Grade - III filed a petition before this Court registered as WPS No.2892/2015 which was disposed off on 10/08/2015 with a direction to consider his representation.

He submits that thereafter, the Corporation - Birgaon has granted seniority from the initial date of appointment in the Corporation. He submits that the petitioner is praying for similar relief.
