1. This petition in the nature of PIL has been preferred for initiating inquiry against the respondent Nos.8 and 9 School into the allegation of commission and omission of irregularities under different enactments.
2. Learned Advocate General would submit, at the outset, that the State Authorities have instructed different Education Officers throughout the State to conduct investigation into all
such complaints where the schools have been found to commit illegalities or irregularities. Based on the report of the District Education Officer, appropriate action shall be taken against all erring schools.
3. In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate General nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition.
4. The PIL stands disposed of.
