Present is an MCC said for the restoration of WPS No. 2130/2011 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 10.05.2016. The reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, MCC is allowed i.e. WPS No. 2130/2011 stands restored to this original number.
