Agrawal Order On Board 07/02/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances and direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the competent authority. If such representation is made by the petitioner within 15 days from today, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
