Agrawal Order On Board 01/12/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit he may be permitted to file representation to respondent No. 2 - Chief Conservator of Forest for redressal of his grievances and the same may also be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, it is directed that petitioner shall file representation to respondent No. 2 within 30 days from today and in turn respondent No. 2 shall decide the same within two months from the date of receipt of copy of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
