The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.09/2020, registered at Police Station Bamhnidih, District JanjgirChampa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363 & 376 of IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix. 3.

Prayer allowed.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
