1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though petitioner is working as Upper Division Teacher at Mata Rukhmani Kanya Ashram Dimrapal, District Bastar, C.G.
but only fixed salary is being given to him and regular salary is not being paid to him for which petitioner has already made representation before the concerned District Education Officer and the concerned District Education Officer has directed for inquiry, as such, the concerned District Education Officer be directed to consider and dispose off petitioner's pending representation within the stipulated time.
3. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
4. The concerned District Education Officer is directed to consider the petitioner's representation for grant of regular salary, if he is entitled, in accordance with law within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
5. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
