Challenge is to transfer order dated 21.07.2017 only on the ground that as the petitioner's husband has been posted at Raipur, she ought not to be transferred. 2.

It is found that the petitioner has remained posted at that place since 2013 and she is being transferred to Gariyaband. Therefore, in these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that under the transfer policy, the petitioner is at liberty to apply to represent.
