1. Since both the writ petitions involve common question of law, they are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
2. Mr. Alok Bakshi, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State / respondents, would submit that affidavit of the concerned Superintendent of Police has been filed and true copy of the FIR will be provided to the respective petitioners within 24 hours from today.
3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the writ petitions may be accordingly disposed of.
5. The petitioners / representative(s) of the petitioners will approach the competent authority to get the copy of FIR on usual charges as stated by the learned State counsel.
6. With the aforesaid submission and undertaking of the learned State counsel, both the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
