By the order impugned, the respondent No.2 has directed the petitioner to vacate the premises in question. 2.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the order for vacating the premises has been passed without assigning any reason within a week from the date of allotment and the petitioner has no other government quarter in his possession and he has already shifted to the said accommodation with his luggage and baggage.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may make a representation before the respondent No.2 and in turn, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and pass a fresh order on the representation of the petitioner within thirty days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner on its own merit and in
accordance with law.

Since the petitioner is residing in the allotted premises, till the decision of representation of the petitioner, he will not be evicted from the allotted premises within a period of four weeks. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
