Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/08/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the purposes of considering petitioner's claim for grant of revised pay scale, the services rendered by the petitioner as Teacher (Panchayat) are not being taken into consideration.

I find that the petitioner had already preferred representation and till date, no decision has been taken on her representation. Therefore, in these circumstances, I am inclined to dispose off this matter with a direction to the respondent / Corporation to consider petitioner's claim for grant of revised pay scale within a period of eight weeks.

In case, the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, it will be open for her to take recourse to the remedy as may be available to her under the law. 4.
