Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/12/2015 (1) The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being paid the salary though he is entitled for the same.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the petitioner is working as Lab Technician in the Government College, Dipka and he has not been paid salary since April, 2015. (3) The Commissioner, Higher Education Department, Raipur is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and to ensure that

the salary is paid to the petitioner expeditiously. (4) After considering the reason for non-granting salary to the petitioner, the petitioner may make a representation before the respondent No.2-Commissioner, Higher Education Department, Raipur, if such representation is made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 and in turn, respondent No.2 shall decide and consider the same on its own merit in accordance with law expeditiously.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
