Learned counsel for the State would submit that after filing of the instant writ petition the Police has registered the FIR against Satya Prakash & Anurag Singh for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 427, 506(B) and 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with a liberty to place material/evidence

on record before the trial Court to sustain the prosecution. 3.

Considering the submission made by the parties, prayer seems to be reasonable therefore, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the instant petition.
