1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application on 08/07/2018 for grant of stage carriage permit and the same is pending consideration before the Regional Transport Authority. He further submits that the matter has been heard by the respondent, therefore, the respondent may be directed to decide the same within a stipulated time.

2. Since the matter has already been heard by the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent shall decide the same within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
