Present is an MCC filed seeking for restoration of WPS 905/2017, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 22.02.2017 in WPS 905/2017.

Having heard the counsel for the parties and considering the reasons assigned therein, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed and WPS No. 905/2017 stands restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
