Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /07/201 (1) Counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner's caste status in the voter list has wrongly been mentioned, for which, he made an application for correction of his caste status. (2) Learned counsel for the State submits that election has already been conducted and, as such, remedy of the petitioner is to approach the concerned Cooperative Society for correction of his caste status.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach concerned Cooperative Society for correction of his caste status strictly in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
