1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal as provided under Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 against the impugned order passed by Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa.
2. With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. It goes without saying that the period during which this petition remained pending before this Court, may be claimed to be excluded while counting of period of limitation for filing appeal.
