1. This petition has been brought seeking issuance of appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents' authorities to consider on the representation of the petitioner filed for his promotion to the post of Revenue Inspector.

2. Learned State counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the State is ready to consider the prayer made by the petitioner, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed off.

3. After considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.2 - The Commissioner Land Record, Chhattisgarh is directed to consider the representation dated 9.2.2021 made by the petitioner for his promotion to the post of Revenue

-2Inspector within a period of 90 days. If it is required, the petitioner is also at liberty to file a fresh representation.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
