After some argument, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the Writ Petition for pursuing matters with the Respondents themselves contending that the date 12.8.2015 in the affidavit was only a typographical mistake.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the bid of the Petitioner has been rejected at the pre-qualification stage which is not under

challenge.
