The bail was granted in M.Cr.C. No.6214 of 2015 by order dated 23.11.2015 wherein by typographical mistake the crime number was mentioned as 220 of 2015 but actually it should have been 220 of 2014, registered at Police Station-Pandariya, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1988. 3.

Accordingly, the Crime No.220 of 2015 be read as 220 of 2014 in the bail order dated 23.11.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6214 of 2015. 4.

Consequently, the petition stands disposed off. Certified copy today.
